My Monet Purple Effect Weigela is a dwarf mounding deciduous shrub with variegated mint green foliage edged in cream that emerges tinged with purple. Abundant pink funnel-shaped flowers with darker backs bloom through spring. Best flowering and color with full sun and rich, moist well-drained soils.
