Polaris Blueberry is a tight rounded deciduous shrub with a heavy yield of early-season berries that are deep powder blue with an extra sweet flavor.  The rich green elliptical foliage turns orange-red in fall.  Grows best with full sun and rich, moist acidic well-drained soils.  Polaris is only partially self-pollinating, and would benefit from a cross pollinator to increase yield.
