Yellow Submarine Rose is a compact deciduous shrub with glossy dark green foliage that turns yellow in fall. The lightly fragrant deep lemon yellow double flowers fade to white starting from the edges as they age and bloom from late spring into o fall. Best grown in full sun and rich, moist, slightly acidic well-drained soils. Yellow Submarine is highly disease resistant, especially to black spot.

MAINTENANCE NEEDS: Medium Maintenance. Roses are susceptible to powdery mildew, black spot, rust, and rose rosette and require regular fungicide in humid areas that experience a lot of rainfall. Pest issues include aphids, borers, scale, mites thrips, midges, and leafhoppers.
