Harlow Carr Rose is a reblooming deciduous shrub with an upright mounded habit and glossy dark green foliage. The strongly classic rose scented double flowers are heavily petaled and a rich mid pink that bloom in flushes from midspring through summer.  Best grown with full sun in rich and moist well-drained, lightly acidic soils.  Harlow Carr is disease resistant.

MAINTENANCE NEEDS:  Medium Maintenance. Roses are susceptible to powdery mildew, black spot, rust, and rose rosette and require regular fungicide in humid areas that experience a lot of rainfall.  Pest issues include aphids, borers, scale, mites thrips, midges, and leafhoppers.
