Supreme Oregano is a edible perennial culinary herb with dense dark green aromatic foliage. The leaves can be used fresh or dried and are particularly tasty when young before flowering, having an intense robust flavor. The short summer flower clusters of white flowers are often pinched off to extend the harvest and promote bushy growth. Grows best with afternoon shade in Southern climates and well drained soils.
