Alexandra Alpine Strawberry is a vigorous herbaceous perennial without runners and dense foliage. Its unusual with how it continues to flower and produce dime-sized berries from late spring throughout summer. Blooms best with full sun and fertile well-drained soil. Alexandra berries are slightly larger than the alpine type standard, and has good resistance to common strawberry diseases.
