Blue Glow Globe Thistle is a thorny herbaceous perennial with toothed green foliage. Global clusters of intense steel blue flowers bloom on stiff stems in mid summer and can rebloom if deadheaded. Grows best in full sun with poor to average well-drained soils. Drought tolerant.
