Tanager Echinacea is a compact branching native perennial with strong upright and deep green foliage. The large neon orange flowers with overlapping petals and deep red cones soften to shades of coral and bloom through summer. Thrives in full sun and well-drained soils. The flowers attract butterflies and bees, and spent stems will stay erect and attract birds if not removed. Drought tolerant.
