Blue Ivory Hosta is an attractive shade-loving herbaceous perennial primarily grown for its dramatic foliage.  The large, thick basal leaves emerge with blue-green with a wide white margin and which deepens to steely-blue and ivory by summer.  The fragrant bell-like lavender flowers raise up in terminals from the rootstalk above the mound in mid-summer attracting butterflies.  Best color in partial sun and moist well-drained soils.
